Developed as part of BAEP 450 at the University of Southern California, Project Aries focused on creating a 21st-century smart traffic signal designed to improve traffic flow and safety through intelligent technology. Alongside the technical concept, I conducted a business opportunity analysis to evaluate market potential, scalability, and real-world implementation.
